Question 1 :  GROCERY ORDERS.

Answer : Moo Local  is  offering grocery order and collection or delivery service. If you’re happy ordering online, please use If it’s easier for you to call then please ring 01494 42 48 48 and we’ll take your order over the phone.

 Question 2 : PAYMENT & DELIVERY.

Answer : We will deliver you order within the next one hours (hopefully!).You can pay online or pay cash or credit card at your doorstep.

Question 3 : Can I order Alcohol or Cigarettes ?

Answer : Yes ! You are able to order alcohol or cigarettes if you are over 18. If you look under 25, the driver will ask your for proof of age. Only driving licenses or passports are accepted. If you are not able to provide proof of age, the driver will return the products and you may be charged a fee (taken out of your refund) for the cost incurred in returning the products.

Question 4 : Can I request a product ? 

Answer : Of course. Just fill in this form and it'll be sent to our Buying team to review. If enough people express an interest then we may start stocking it.

Question 5 : What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my grocery delivery?

Answer : If any items on your order are out of stock we’ll find you the best possible replacement & there is it.

If a product is unavailable on the day of your delivery, your driver will bring a substitute selected by our personal shopper in your delivery store as a close alternative to your original choice.
