Returning Online Items
If you're not satisfied with any of your items, you can return them in one of the following ways:
We will arrange a refund to the original payment card.
Our team of pickers carefully selects only the freshest products with the longest expiry dates. If you're unhappy with any fresh food or flowers we've delivered, our Freshness Guarantee means you can return them to the driver and we’ll process a refund for you.
If you've already received your delivery and wish to return unwanted items:

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

For perishable food items, returns must be made before the expiry or use-by date.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns for certain products due to health and hygiene reasons—such as toothbrushes—unless they are faulty.

Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive the returned product(s), we’ll issue your refund using the same payment method you originally used.
If your item was purchased at a promotional price, your refund will reflect that price. For promotional offers like “Buy One Get One Half Price” or “3 for 2”, returning part of the promotion may affect the total refund amount, as the offer will no longer apply.
